my name is clo. i've recently taken an interest into learning how to use html and css, which is why this webpage is currently up. i created my very own neocity on august 25th, 2024. but i FULLY started redesigning and what-not on the 30th. big shoutout to my awesome cousin ray for inspiring me with the wide vast and oddly mysterious world of neocities. i'm gonna have a lot of fun with this.
